Returns & Refund Policy

We do not refund for change of mind, however our goods do come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or failure. You are also entitled to have the goods or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. In order to take advantage of your rights under this refund policy, you must initially inform us of your intention and reason for the return within 10 days of receiving the product. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy unless a prior agreement is reached.
