Ingredients
1 cup Rochester Ginger Original
1 cup fresh lemon juice (4-6 lemons)
5 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Mint leaves (for garnish)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Method
To prepare the lemonade base, start by combining Rochester Ginger Original and fresh lemon juice in a large jug, stirring well to mix. Next, add cold water and stir until everything is well combined; taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more ginger syrup if desired. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the ginger lemonade over the ice. For an extra refreshing touch, garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
